An outdoor circus event!
In the summer, the acrobats from Flip Fabrique come to town with their extraordinary combination of artistry and athleticism. The music, sets and most of all, the acrobatic dancers never fail to amaze and inspire. Quebec City offers numerous delightful events throughout the summer that are either free of charge or at a very reasonable fee. This is one of Quebec City’s free summer events and promises to be an evening well spent!
Beginning at dusk in the amphitheater of the Agora in the Old Port, Crepuscule offers a dynamic display of acrobatic feats that have to be seen to be believed. The music is crafted by different Quebec artists each year, from contemporary electronic to a soulful orchestra. Explore a whole new world with electrifying music and acrobats reclaiming summer in Quebec.
Have dinner at the Old Port before presenting yourself at the entrance of the outdoor stage 30 minutes before the start of the free performance. Crepescule in Quebec City celebrates the artistry in acrobatics with the Flip Fabrique troupe keeping every audience member on the edge of their seat.
The troupe was created in 2011 by a group of students of Quebec City Circus School who had performed with Cirque du Soleil and Cirque Éloize previously. The magic of the show comes from the raw emotions behind each artist’s eyes, and through the trust and friendship displayed as they perform very high acrobatics.
