Regional tours bus : visit Montmorency Falls, Île d’Orléans and Sainte-Anne de Beaupré

An excursion along  40 kilometers of Chemin du Roy, the oldest roadway in New France. You will pass through the pretty villages of French tradition to arrive at Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. It lasts between 4h30 and 5H.

Stops on this tour:

Montmorency Falls (45 minutes): access is included in the price of the excursion. Take advantage of this moment to marvel at the height of this fall. It  is higher than Niagara falls. If you are sensitive to cold, plan an extra jacket and admire the landscape in comfort. If you enjoy hiking, take a walk around the park, taking advantage of those high climbs.

Sainte-Anne de Beaupré Shrine (45 minutes): Visited for over 350 years, the interior of this church is as impressive as the exterior. Paintings, mosaics, stained glass, stone and wood carvings will tell you the story of this place.

Copper Museum, Albert Gilles (20 minutes). A family business managed for over 90 years by the Gilles family. A very welcoming family who will offer you a free guided tour of its 2 museums: From copper ore to copper art and Christorama. This museum is the 11th copper producer in the world. The products are made from Canadian copper and are made in Quebec. Take advantage of this passage to buy beautiful souvenirs of your trip. Their shop offers a multitude of handmade products that will amaze you. They are made of pure copper and varnished to protect them. The most popular items according to owners are clocks (from $55), jewelry (from $30), enamel plates (from $85) and bookmarks (from $25).

Chocolate shop of the island (20 minutes) : a beautiful place to admire a splendid view of the St. Lawrence River and see Quebec City from the other side. On site, a delicious range of homemade products is sold: artisanal chocolates and ice cream. The creamery is closed for the winter period, but for 2022, it is already open as of March 5th, 2022. There is also the possibility of tasting their products on site. Why not take a nice little walk to admire the beautiful landscape while tasting their chocolates or ice creams.

This package is the same as the City and countryside tour package but lasts less time. Your day begins at 10 a.m. for the city tour, which lasts just 1 hour instead of 2 hours. At 12:30 p.m. It is the departure time  for the tour of the Montmorency falls + Île d’Orléans + Sainte-Anne de Beaupré. (same duration as the previous one)

This is the most popular bus. It’s available only during the summer season. You can admire Quebec from its open upper level.
